Description of the Aroma

Rose Geranium Essential Oil tastes sweet, rosy and gray to some degree. It is similar to Geranium in perfume (Pelargonium graveolens / Pelargonium asperum), but it has a somewhat rosy smell.

Rose Geranium Essential Oil has nearly the same properties as Geranium Essential Oil but is considered superior to its fragrance's rosy flower tone. My interpretation is that this crop is nurtured with a rosier fragrance.

Rose Geranium belongs to the botanical family of the Pelargonium, a category sometimes known as the "Scented Geraniums." introduced in European countries, and it was widely used as a defensive agent among homes, as it was thought to have to protect properties that could deter evil spirits.

In cosmetics as well as perfumery, the Rose Geranium also became a common ingredient. Both Geranium and Rose Geranium oils can be used as additives in the perfume industry to help the scent of real Rose Essential Oil last longer as they both have the same aromatic properties.

Or a spray of similar effects in the aromatherapy space, simply dilute Rose Geranium Essential Oil into a spray bottle of distilled water and mix it with a few drops of the other essential oils.
