Orange Essential Oil
Orange Essential Oil is obtained from the seeds of the botanical Citrus Sinensis, most commonly referred to as Sweet Orange Essential Oil. In comparison, Bitter Orange Essential Oil comes from Citrus Aurantium Botanical fruits.

This originated from south-western China to the Himalayas. The Sweet Orange is thought to symbolize good fortune in China for several years, rendering them not only a well-used herbal product but also common offers and gifts.
According to historical sources: during his journey to the Americas, Christopher Columbus brought orange seeds in 1493 and eventually reached Haiti and the Caribbean but it is now cultivated extensively in America.
There are layers in a fresh orange peel that hold the volatile fatty oil glands of the plant. Orange oil instead emerges from the peel of the fruits. The process of extraction may involve separating the rinds from the oranges first, then grinding, chopping, or puncturing them before pressing them.
