Cajeput Essential Oil smells fresh and campherous with a slightly fruity

This emerges from a tree growing in the Philippines, Malaysia, the islands of Maluku and Sulawesi. Its name means white tree, and in the 17th century, it was introduced to Europe. Cajeput is a member of the family Myrtaceae and the genus Melaleuca. It is a large, robust and energetic tree with long, spear-shaped leaves at its limbs and tendrils of white flowers.

The use of a humidifier produces a new scent that resembles the eucalyptus and the camphor. Even if it is directly connected to essential oil powerhouses such as tea tree oil and eucalyptus oil, Cajeput oil is not well known.

Using properties

  • Trying to spread a nice and new Cajeput Essential Oil at home will raise the mood and wash the air.
  • 2 drops of our Cajeput Essential Oil with 4 drops of Peppermint Oil in a spray or diffuser can clear the air. 2 Cajeput Oil drops distilled in a Carrier Oil tablespoon can clean the air.
  • Cajeput oil has powerful insecticidal properties that help reduce insects like mosquitoes and ants.
  • Researchers alternated a concentration of 5% and 10% of cajeput oil on types of mosquitoes. All forms of mosquito were Dengue virus carriers.
  • Results showed both concentrations on touch killed mosquitoes, with the overall concentration of 10 percent being more effective.

Applying Techniques

With cajeput oils, you should soak mosquito nets to stop the bruces. Soak a few pieces of filter paper in cajeput oil if you have termites and drop them around their nest or wood harm areas. Cats may be allergic for essential oils such as cajeput which produce terpineol. If you have animals, stop using it as a repellent termite.
