What you see is what you get !! This phrase may be taken a little out of context here, but it could not be more true. One of the biggest tools to use in creating what we want in our life is visualisation.
Our subconscious is programmed by the information we give it, and part of that is pictures. These are very powerful in the creation of our beliefs / habits and therefore our lives. Using visualisation means to picture what you want to happen in your life, to create a positive picture and video running in your minds eye of this.
SO to start with, choose one area of your life, or one issue you want to change. Use the amazing tool of imagination we have all bee given. Remember when you were a child and you played imagination games, well its kind of the same, only grown up but still fun. When you know what you want to create, make it a picture. What will it look like? What will you look like? How will you dress, how will you carry yourself. What will be happening in your world around you when you have what you want?
Doing this in a relaxed frame of mind will have the best results. So take some time to relax, and then visualise. Do it before you go to sleep, when you wake up. When you wake up in the morning picture what you would be doing if you were living your chosen life, how would you feel this morning?
Use the tool as much as you can, have fun with it. Mae the pictures in your head real, make the colours vibrant. You are telling your subconscious a new story and it will listen, it will record it in the file, just keep practising.
Do this on the same subject for at least 21 days for the best results.
