Looking back, our business was thriving pre-COVID. We had a strong position in the marketplace, primarily through our sales on eBay. However, as the landscape began to change, so did our fortunes. We faced a gradual decline in sales, compounded by increased competition and changes in eBay's advertising policies. These shifts put significant pressure on our margins and overall business health.

In early 2023, we encountered a major hurdle. Our landlord proposed a substantial increase in rent, leading us to relocate to a new, albeit more expensive, location. This was a pivotal moment for us. We had to make some tough decisions to ensure the survival of our business. We streamlined operations, reduced our workforce, and cut down on all possible expenses. Despite these efforts, our main source of income continued to decrease, leading to severe cash flow challenges.
